Bett war bequem, Dusche gut. Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Der Pool war eisekalt und dreckig. Das Wasser im warmen Minipool war zwar warm aber richtig trüb. Ich hatte Bedenken, mir da etwas weg zu holen.

We have stayed at Cupertino Hotel three other times in last two years. This time, there were 6-7 couples waiting on rooms. We had arrived at 1:30 pm planning to swim and then get ready for my 5:00 pm 40th high school reunion. Our room was not available until 3:30 making it tight getting ready. We always love the property. When we returned after breakfast to get our luggage, the battery in our door was dead would not open. We were very rushed to get to our 10:00 am appointment after maintenance opened our door.

The pool was freezing cold, like Lake Tahoe where we now live. The eggs were not fully cooked and my husband went back to get more food before 9:00 am and the food was put away. Food was much better before.

Facility was close to where I needed to go, area was nice, plenty of restaurants and stores in close proximity, easy access to the freeway, attractive lobby and pool, free Happy Hour (wine, beer), free breakfast, good size room. Overall pretty good. I would stay again!

Staff was friendly, but slow, breakfast was okay - not much to choose from, tables were not bussed during breakfast - had to ask someone to clean them so you could sit down

I really like the location. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was great! The pool area was pretty at night time too. The pillows were definitely nice too.

breakfast. they remove made to order omelette and other items. complain about leaking flush but it never addressed during my 5 night stay.

It was really clean, the hotel was easy to access and it seemed pretty quiet. As a solo female traveler, I felt really safe. The pillows are AMAAAAAZING!

My TV didn't work. When i called the front desk, i was told "i have to check with my manager". The TV never got fixed during the entire stay.

Great breakfast and happy hour snacks, amazing staff, high quality customer service. Overall, the hotel is nice, cleaned well and has a lot to offer for a business or pleasure trip.

It's outdated, so renovation is needed. But it is well maintained, so the price we paid was just about right. AC was loud.

the breakfast and HH, although we didn't get to do the HH but it's still a plus. The rooms were nice, and also clean. The Wifi worked but was really slow, but I was able to get work done.

The elevators were all broken and we were on the 4th floor, we tried to go in the hot tub and it was also broken. The hotel looked like it was under construction a bit. I've stayed at this hotel many times but it's been a while. Ive never been to it when all the elevators were broken.

Perfect location if you have business in the valley. Very large room. Super clean (I've seen the maids thoroughly clean the lobby tables and chairs with sanitizers). Large room. Friendly staff. Abundant breakfast. Close to a shopping mall.
