The breakfast was ok nothing special

The room had a damp smell which wasn't bad but was noticable

very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location for my travels.

the room was musty smelling and we saw what looked like mold of some sort on the ceiling in the bathroom and around the light in the entry of room. I wasn't a fan of the connecting room, and I was not asked if a connecting room would be okay. The people in the room tried opening the door that connected the rooms and I was a little nervous about that as I was with my young daughter in law and it was just the two of us. They were very loud late into the night and slamming doors including the door on their side of the connection doors.

Breakfast was excellent

It was very nice, clean had and excellent bread, could've used a couple more tables .

The pillows and the front desk clerk

Old, dirty in hallways and stairs. No elevator, walls are thin so very loud, remote didn’t work. Toilet didn’t flush a few times and the room smelled terrible like smoke and dirty laundry.

The customer service they made us feel very confortable and always made sure we had everything we needed.
