Excellent value and all the basics. Great place to stay when all you need is a room.

I couldn’t sleep due to noise all night long.

No breakfast.

One inch gap under room door, fridge was dirty, the room needed a complete remodel, hair on bed, very small room, toilet sitting outside room on sidewalk, pictures on website were deceptive.

It was absolutely filthy lampshades torn ,things splattered on the wall , sheets stained

unique, witty characters, hardly any noise, no traffic…non what’s ever running back in forth in front of the door, unlike most motels that’s always the case. not here though. neighbors mind there own business.

The inteernet cut out every 5-19 minutes or sooner, couldn't get any work done, left 2 days early.

TV had a terrible picture and the remote did not match the TV.

Easy parking in front of ground-floor room, pets allowed

Started out very poor, lost my reservation had no record of it. Worked with manager to get a room, only thing tub/shower was not usable. But room was clean. Worked with us about ability to switch rooms second night, we declined and asked to have our tv fixed which he did. Would like to see staff continue to clean better and owner be able to get thing fixed in rooms and cleaned up better. Would consider possible stay next year. We come to Albert Lea each year for the dog show. They willing no questions asked accepted our show dogs.
