Checkout was an issue. Staff member did know how to slit the charge. Also had my room number under someone else’s name. Couldn’t find mine then say it was paid in full!!! I was to pay at checkout

Room was very comfortable. Love the extra seating space, Pool was perfect temperature for relaxing. Breakfast with Staff, Teresa was so nice every morning. She is a wonderful person to wake up to.

The one thing that drove me crazy...was your toilet paper !!!!!! Horribly thin and falls apart on you !!!! Please improve !!!

Good location. Very easy access to interstate.

Room was very rundown and not clean! Curtains were broken and would not close properly. Fire alarm fell out of the wall when neighbors shut their door. Door handle came off and there was what looked to be vomit on floor as well as old food. Staff was polite when we shared our concerns and maintenance came down and fixed the issues. That being said, there should not have been that many issues in one room

Clean comfortable spacious room. Decent breakfast.

A little musty, but there was a dehumidifier in the room. It looked like some of the hotel was being renovated, but this didn't interfere with stay. Perhaps the cause of musty smell.

Place always was clean and friendly staff. Beds were comfy and nice space in rooms

Breakfast was good but wanted a more variety--maybe potatoes with eggs or french toast sticks......

The location is fantastic and the staff is very friendly and helpful!

Our room was a bit dated. the furniture had seen better days and the rug was old and appeared dirty.

Best hotel I have stayed at for long time. It was clean. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good.

this was my second stay the first on in Jan 2022 so obviously I liked it enough to book again for this stay

I did already write a narrative on this and got no response. I had to deal with loud blowers in the hallway on my floor. 2) loud banging drilling construction 3) a horrible smell in the entire hallway to the extent I had to roll a towel up and put it in front of the door hoping to keep the smell out. due to all of these issues I couldn’t sleep, EVERY NIGHT I asked the night attendant to put coffee on and his response was “I don’t know what to tell you” I did send this in a message through booking.com as instructed by the day attendant and got no response

Powdered eggs weren’t bad!!

TV selection was horrible. Very limited channels.
