location was decent

I did not like the fact that me and my friend had to find a whole other room due to them giving us a disability room. Then the room they gave us phone was not working and the tv remote was not working as well.

Bar only open Sunday thru Thursday but was barely open then. I payed for my room and notified them my flight was delayed so I got in at 2am. Booking claim they sent an email and they never did so booking didn't refund me for the day I didn't stay. The hotel said they wouldn't mind but it's up to booking to do that because it's a third party 😔

To expensive for the service they provide. One group of the guests were so noisy and no body reacted. They woke up all my family around 4am, later in lobby they were so laud and they were making barbecue in front of the hotel. Also, we didn’t have internet in the room entire our stay. First one of the staff said that it happens to the rooms at the end of the hall, but later that said they have some issue with internet and they do not have no body to call to fix that. But internet in the lobby was working.

If you like a hotel with smells and bugs, this is the hotel for you. Really big rooms. Animals are really welcome. In fact, everyone smokes everywhere. The fire truck really arrives in 2-3 minutes. Draw yourself 4 stars and a super rating.

1. We changed rooms, chose where it does not smell like dog urine or smoke. 2. There are many, many dogs in the hotel. In the evening I saw more than 10 on the walk while I lived there. Plus, I heard some who were not released from the rooms. On the territory of all lawns and some paths in dog shit. In the hallway, someone's dog vomited. 3. The hotel has terrible savings on customers - everything is the cheapest. When we arrived, we only had half a roll of toilet paper in our room. The maids did not bring a new one, they went to the administrator for it. Soap is like in a public toilet, and it smells the same. Trash Basket without bags. 4. The linen is not very clean, they used their own. BUT, on the first day, the maid simply took off our linen and threw it on the dirty floor in the corner. All underwear. And sheets, and a duvet cover, and pillowcases, and a baby blanket. So we found it on the floor. 5. For three days, the fire alarm went off twice in our room. Once at 1:30 am. This is despite the fact that no one smokes here. 6. Breakfast in this "4-star hotel" was no different from a motel with no stars on the highway ... 7. In the pool, which is like inside, the water was ice cold, as if from the street. The towel rack was empty all day. 8. And finally, the most interesting thing: in the hotel there are COCKROACHES!!!
