We experienced multiple different issues while we were there first the lady named Bridget was not very friendly always seemed annoyed when you asked questions and always seem irritated had a major attitude the second issue that we incurred is at 4:45 a.m. eastern standard time the fire alarms went off from where they had a mishap cooking breakfast and it was bad enough to cause me to have an asthma attack and have trouble breathing everybody had to go outside in the freezing cold didn't have time to grab your clothes or nothing and it was cold now the third issue that we incurred is we found bed bugs in the bed when we went up to the front desk to report it that same lady named Bridget said oh I don't know what that is and brushed us off bed bugs are a serious matter and I also another person that was renting the hotel was complaining that they found bed bugs

We were not able to get a good night's sleep there was not good customer service with the staff

Dated rooms, but, price was great. TV didn't work when we arrived. Got that issue corrected.

The breakfast was good, my kids liked the small waffles.

The rooms are a little worn down, the bathtub was chipped in some places.

the staff was rude they kept my deposit because they said they had to clean the carpet because my kids threw up we was not there for a vacation we were there because we didn’t have power and had to stay there

The heat/air conditioner wasn’t working, bathtub had two long hairs in it, didn’t look clean, sink wouldn’t drain very well, water coming out around the faucet getting counter all wet.

The bed size and the room. I also liked the customer service.

The bed was extremely firm. The bathroom was small.

Not much...just stayed one night arriving late and leaving early in the am.

The toilet was backed up and the front desk told us, "sorry, I'm looking where the plunger should be but it's not there. The maintenance is gone. We can change you to a new room." It was late, wife in bed, and we hadn't used the toilet. It was that way when we arrived. Too late to move all of our things as we were leaving early and needed to sleep. Made the reservation on line and was told we would have a king...nope none available with overbooked. The tv remote didn't work and when I checked with the front desk I was told, "Sorry, don't have another one." Very poor experience for only being there for a few hours. Attitude of front desk very poor, no helpfulness at all. Will NEVER stay there, or at any other RAMADA Inns ever. I called customer service from Ramada and received no understanding at all. Wasted my time trying to help them they had a very poor Ramada. "They are independent." Ramada name apparently means nothing. I was mistaken.

Bed was very comfortable.

The fact they charged me saying I smoked in room. I don’t not. My daughter and I was harassed by a drunk in parking lot to the point another man waiting to check in had to come assist us.
