Fitness room could use more weights… but that’s hardly worth complaining about.

The location was close to everything. The cleanliness was excellent.
I was double charged for the room. The lady at the front desk said that her system was spinning and my payment did not go through. I called the bank and confirmed the payment did go through twice. After getting the payment issue resolved we were given a room. When we entered the room with our children there was a couple already occupying the room. My husband and children could've been hurt or saw something inappropriate. She had the nerve to say "yall are having the worst experience." It was the worst experience I've had with a hotel.

Breakfast was good. There was also a nice sitting area with a warm fake fireplace which was nice for us early risers. They had 2 newspapers delivered every morning.....the Wall Street Journal and USA Today.

The location was near store ,restaurants and near our family that live in Louisville.
The only thing I don't like is the hotel is next to other hotels and we got lost trying to find our hotel and our room
