The staff was exceptionally accommodating especially Miss Billy I believe the manager and Carlos Williams they went above and beyond with accommodating us with reservations and a fan for the room. I truly appreciate everyone especially these two here at Euro Suites as we have been staying here on and off for years and most recently due to a family emergency my mother has been in Ruby hospital getting chemo for the last 3 months due to cancer Thank y’all so very much

All went well was fantastic accommodations. The location was perfect close to hospital, dinning and accommodating.

Nothing was great

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and I wish I could have stayed more than one night. If I needed a place for more than one night, I would choose here.

Only problem I had was trying to retrieve a jacket that I had left in my room. The lobby staff was very helpful in allowing me to have access to the room to retrieve the jacket. The jacket had been removed from the room by the time I returned.

I like the layout of the rooms and the quiet.

I woke on Sunday with an apparent bite by my eye that was not there before going to bed Saturday night. I expressed concern to manager on duty and she offered benedryl and told me I would have to contact booking.com for any kind of compensation. It is now Tuesday and my eye is not any better.

Check in staff was very nice. She immediately asked us how we liked our room. The room was very spacious with a separate entrance area with a second TV. I liked the light in the room, the comfortable mattress and pillows and the space. We liked the bathroom, the soft and thick towels, the Microwave and small fridge, the coffee maker, etc. Take out breakfast due to Covid-19 was nice, muffins, fresh fruit, juice, teas. We liked that the hotel gave us 2 keys and that the Covid-19 procedures were followed, such as mandatory masks and limit of 2 persons per elevator ride unless they all belonged to the same household.

A magnifying mirror in the bathroom would be good to have. A second elevator. We only saw one elevator that was spacious enough but with the limit of 2 persons, you had to wait at times for your ride. After waiting for our turn in the lobby, another person joined my husband and I in the elevator. We told him the limit was reached but he would not leave, saying he had been vaccinated, etc. A ruthless, careless person but this is something to be expected sometimes so we had to wait for our ride although we were there first. It seems that one elevator for the entire building is too little, unless we missed a second one in the building. Our room was quite nice and we enjoyed our stay.
