The person at the front was not very helpful. The website didn’t say there was a pool so I had to go out and buy stuff for me and my granddaughter to go in the pool. If I knew there was a pool then I would have brought stuff from home and the rooms weren’t that clean and the sofa bed had a hole on the cushion. For the price I paid for two rooms it was not worth the price.

The staff was great
, very friendly and accommodating. Only issue I had was that the pool was cold since it just got refilled so we couldn’t swim but my grand baby still did, real trooper. The next day it was warmer but I still didn’t get in. The next day for some reason our room rate went up and it was a Thursday so wasn’t sure what was going on so we left, so never got to get in pool. But…. The place was clean and I did like the breakfast and staff, except for cleaning lady she was rude when my grand baby locked us out of room while my baby was inside. Asked her in Spanish if she could open door and she ran off saying she was getting key but didn’t and I had to walk to office to get key while baby was inside. But besides that great experience
If pool was warm so I could have gotten in it but besides that it was the cleaning lady , she could have opened my door when my grand baby locked us out when I was getting more towels and my baby was still inside. Instead she got scared and ran off saying she would get key but didn’t come back and when I seen her she just ignored me. Thought that was very rude and got me mad

The location was good. Easy commute to the interstate and local roads.
Everytime we left and came back our room keys wouldn't work. We made at least five trips to the front desk so they could fix our cards. We asked for a room close to the front desk just in case of situations like this but ended up at almost the other end of building. It was a good thing we didn't have a room upstairs because the elevator didn't work.

The fact it had a pool. The breakfast was ok.
Going back to the ok beakfast. I'm allergic to strawberry, so I couldn't partake in the bagels with cream cheese as they only had strawberry. The bigger issue was the glass that my child got in her foot when walking out of the bathroom. This was disheartening that the only thing offered was a bandaid. Thats great., however. Offering a room change may have been ideal. There was also fragments of trash under the pullout foot rest under the chair and cobwebs behind the bed. The hot tub was down so that was a bummer. The glass was given to the front desk representative. The photos I attached you can fainyltly see the blood on my child's foot. This was after she was cleaned off she hates blood so she freaked out immediately.

My room had severe water damage on ceiling, plus mold . Also the toilet was like a rocking chair . Was not secure to floor. Also when you first walk into the front entrance it had a distinct odor.

Pillows were awful. No elevator ! I have medical issues that prevent me from safely going up and down steps. Breakfast was just okay. Phones didnt work.TV wouldn't work for a long while until we kept messing with it and reset the cable.

The sheets and towels in our room had stains on them. There were no towels in the pool area. several guests after us had to ask for towels as well. we only had enough towels in our room for 2 people and we had three. Hotel needs some things replaced. Seemed like new owners might have just taken over ownership?

The young man who checked us in was very helpful he set me up for Best Western rewards. He handled on money appropriately and I felt he was very professional and I actually mentioned to my husband that I felt he was going above and beyond.
They kept my deposit on my credit card I had got two rooms one for me and my husband and one from my assistant in my driver. And they kept the cash deposit for one room and they kept the deposit on my credit card for the other room. They were rude they were disrespectful they woke up my driver at 7:00 a.m. on a sunday. To tell him that the room was vacant and nobody was supposed to be in there. Which how did we get the keys if the room wasn't paid for? LOL not funny these people will rob you blind do not pay a deposit unless it is on an actual bank account because they will steal your money at this Best Western there was a short fat blonde woman who is older who literally took my money out of the envelope when she realized it was their mistake and waved it in my face and said I'm keeping this. Think long and hard before you get a room here

the hot tub/jacuzzi was out of order. they charge you for incidentals BEFORE your stay. now I have to wait for those charges ($140) to be refunded to my credit card. this is a VERY unjust practice.

It was awful!! The staff had no clue what was going on during check in. They couldn't find our reservations after even showing her the confrontation # .we also requested a later check out which we received a confirmation for and was accepted and even after showing the staff that we had a confirmed email for the late check out she informed me that they didn't approve it and we would be charged extra.

The pool was warm and the room was decent sized but it wasn't cleaned and the amenities wasn't stocked and even left an opened bottle of lotion that was 90% used.
