My wife and I used Hampton Inns since the beginning and we have been very pleased with the experience. We remember the days when your stay was free if you were not completely satisfied. Breakfast here was overall good with Excellent choices; quality was average. Bed was very comfortable. Room was comfortable and quiet.

My morning shower (appx 0740) was without hot water. Competition with housekeepers for AM elevator use caused delays. Two luggage carriers insufficient; in AM I waited 40 minutes and decided to tote all by hand. Some tenants keep a buggy in room overnight to avoid the rush in the AM.

They canceled our reservation without letting us know. No email, no cancellation confirmation, nothing! My son and I arrived at 9pm to learn that we didn’t have a room. The lady at the reception was not helpful at all and couldn’t even tell me if I was charged or not. Terrible experience!

Unfortunately, I had to checkout just before breakfast, but what I saw looked just fine. Location was good, easy in - easy out.

The breakfast at the Hampton Inn I stayed at last week started at 0600. This location started at 0700. If it had started even at 0630, would have been able to partake.

Room was very clean and accomodating. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. A/C worked great.

Breakfast is served from 7-9 am. I would recommend serving until 10 am for us sleepy heads that like to sleep in on our vacations. Although we missed breakfast, I got there in time to get some juice and pick up a couple of muffins to take up to the room.

Breakfast was ok and the location was excellent.

The ice machine was broken on our floor. The hot tub was not working. The room only had one chair and no vent exhaust in bathroom.

Room was very humid despite lowering temperature.

It was ok, typical hotel breakfast although there was something different about the egg, it was better than usual eggs.

The coffee stuff are in the bathroom. There’s plenty of space outside where it can be placed, really!

Computer system was down. Clerk was having to check people in and out using a spiral notebook and pen. They couldn’t program room keys, so the clerk had to let us in our room every time we came and went. Felt very sorry for the staff. They remained very nice and helpful during the very stressful situation.

the bar soap… very hard soap… only one soap for a 3days stay… although they gave an option of requesting for more but l felt it was inconvenient to go back downstairs to ask for some soap. 2. housekeeping is upon request… for such a hotel housekeeping should be done daily. the least should be emptying out the trash. 3 days trash… u can imagine 3. updated appliances… esp the TV let’s have smart TVs in the room. we can use our usual subscriptions to watch movies that we love other then the cable programs that our ancestors used to enjoy.
