outside looked nice, but once you walked in the lobby floor was dirty. looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or even swept in months. once we got to our room there was a needle cap on our floor, stains & holes on the beds & sheets. the couch in our room was stained up with only god knows what, the bathroom sink has pieces of copper on it, the bathtub had a huge glob of hair in it & to top it all off the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while as well. when i asked for a vacuum to clean it up, it was broken throwing little pieces of dirt out of it instead of picking up. none of the house keepers spoke any english so it was hard to ask them for help with anything.

everything! it was dirty, staff was rude & wouldn’t help to make it a better stay.

The grab handle in the shower was very loose. The exhaust fan in the shower was very gross and dirty!!!There was a long hair in the sink!! I’m bald!! The bed and room were nice!!

GOOD Breakfast. Helpful staff that was at least apologetic for the not-so-great facilities.

At 11:00 pm, we discovered BED BUGS. Yes, I took photos. Mature and well-fed. Yuck. We were offered a new room or a refund. At 11:00 at night it made sense to take a different room. Upon arriving in that room and moving all our stuff, the new room still had dirty towels on the bathroom floor and prescription medication pills on the desk in the room. Doesn't have to be perfect, the hotel isn't new. BUT to find dirty towels still in the bathroom is pretty obnoxious and finding someone's medication still in the room speaks for itself. I think a refund is in order.

I like getting rooms on 2nd floor and up

Normally there's four pillows this time there is only three, there was only one body towel and one face towel and one hand towel, when I went down to the desk to ask for another pillow and another towel I got the pillow and I literally only got one body towel nothing else again, there was only a half a roll of toilet paper no new one in there, because you guys don't leave the heat or the air on so that it don't get stale in the rooms cuz they smell when you guys do that so get air fresheners then

The condition of the room and building seemed to be in disrepair, and towels were at a minimum and a little difficult to come by.

The location was great.

Its completely run down. Not taken care of and properly maintained. In the bathroom there was touch up paint around the towel bars and the paint didn’t match. The wooden vanity was chipped. There were cigarette burns in the bed sheets, the furniture was chipped and had big scuff marks, the lamp shades were dry rotted, cracked and nasty looking and the pillows were very small. We went to eat breakfast and a male who worked there was walking around eating over everything and it wasn’t very clean looking so went out for breakfast. Definitely was NOT worth the price.
