We didn’t like it at all. It wasn’t clean, there were dead bugs on the floor, yellowing brown water came out when the shower was turned on (yuck). My husband spoke with the manager regarding the room and that we were not staying. The manager only had us pay for one night. My son and wife did the same because their room was awful. The manager never hesitated … seems like people checking out early has happened before.

See above … this is an awful place. The kitchen sink didn’t drain. Perhaps that’s why the dead spider didn’t go down it. The smoke detector was sitting on top of the fridge along with the handles for the fridge.

As we were loading our things up , a housekeeper was up against the room window looking in while the other was trying to get a date with my husband , I told the desk clerk he claimed they spoke no English but they spoke it very well , I have and will continue to inform people of the housekeepers being prostitutes , very distatsteful

I loved everything about this room. It was spacious and clean. The staff was kind and considerate. They had my reservation pulled up so check-in was quick. The location was within a mile or 2 of anywhere I needed to be. The pillows and towels were fluffy. The rates were affordable.

Space under door,bugs crawling in under it,desk chair was broke,they never brought another one,there was no fridge or microwave when I checked in and did not get one until the next afternoon after asking for it twice,

Staff was helpful despite doing both housekeeping and front desk work

First of all when we arrived no one was at the front desk and I rang the bell 4 times with no response. Then I called the number on a note but it kept coming back to a voicemail message. Finally my daughter found the desk gal doing laundry. She was fine to work with but she was doing it all. Next the room was to be a queen and a double but it was two double beds. Next the room was apparently being renovated because the dresser cabinet had no drawers. The outside walkways had random microwaves and other items just sitting out. The continental breakfast was really only waffles and coffee. No one was around to check out either.
