Breakfast was fine. Beds were comfortable. Good location
When a platter of pastries is depleted, it should be refilled as necessary, not left empty as in "too bad you missed them." I disliked that staff swept the floor as we ate breakfast. After paying over $225 for a room, I expected to have the beds made, towels replenished, trash emptied. Didn't happen, even when we asked about it. Appears they do this every 4 days or something like that. I didn't read anywhere that that would be the case. If I had, we would have stayed elsewhere. or would have arrived with different expectations.. I was dumbfounded after no housekeeping that someone actually knocked on our door before checkout time, wondering if we were leaving so they could clean the room! I left an evaluation for the manager and was led to believe I would receive a call from her/him as I did not want to leave a negative review but I never received that call. When checking out, the desk clerk made an error in the invoice (in our favor). She corrected it when I pointed out the considerable error. I am sorry this turned out to not be a good experience for us as I have stayed at BW places before and viewed them very favorably.

The wait to get into our room, and then told our expected first floor room would now be on fourth floor! When we objected, they switched it back to a first floor room, which was good!

The gathering area by the pool was awesome. All my friends and family enjoyed the games, the pool and how friendly everyone was.

Noise, barely got sleep because room on one side had barking dogs, other side crying baby, walls between must be paper thin. Front desk clerk did not seem to care or even offer anything for the miserable night of no sleep...queen beds, seemed more like the size of a full bed

The room itself was great. Pool area was very nice. The breakfast was terrific .
We stayed on a weekend and there must have been a party because on Saturday night the pool area was useless for us due to the amount of people there. The noise coming from the pool area was aweful. Would definately not stay on a weekend again due to this.
