There was a store located across the street to get coffee in the morning

No dishes in the kitchenette, no coffee pot or coffee offered. I have never stayed at a hotel that didn't offer complimentary coffee and the location advertised said it was close to Miami cruise port. That wasn't true. It was falsely advertised. And the floors were dirty.

The bed was not comfortable.

The property was nasty, huge water bugs running all throughout the bathroom and room, property housed homeless people and people from shelters there. My from was directly in front of the garbage receptacles., constant foot trafficking from guest whol live on the property. Dirty tub, fidge, and bloodstained on the sheets. Excessive noise from live in guest above and in the next room. I came to Miami for my birthday celebration to relax and the entire experience was less than enjoyable because of the conditions of this property. A complete waste of money.

The nasty conditions of the room and the fact that my room was located directly in front of garbage receptacles. Constant noise and foot traffic from live in residence. Dirty conditions blood stained sheets.

mario (front desk) was very respectful and ccurteous towards me. he'll be an great asset to your company. As usual, jeanine makes it her business to get me checked-in with a suite of my choice when available, she's the best! housekeeping does an outstanding job with the cleaning of the rooms. i've never had a complaint about their duties.

The facilities are very comfortable and clean without any complaints. But the receptionist on duty at night, really fatal, not at all polite. when it comes to public attention they should have people with empathy and human relationships.

Guest behavior. There were people smoking outside the rooms when there are “no smoking “ signs posted everywhere. at one point there was someone standing outside of our door trying to hear what was going on in our room and trying to look under our door. didn’t feel safe.

when I arrived I was told that there was no rooms in the parking lot was empty was waiting for 45 minutes and I didnt get the size room i paid for

Location is the best if you are moving around Doral.

Unfortunately I was assigned a room in the 1st floor and I rather prefer ground floor.

The check in staff (male) was not very friendly. He spent time complaining about persons wanting to check in early and check out late. The room was reasonable and served its purpose. The phone and clock were not working and the bathroom faucet was broken. These items were not totally necessary and did not detract from the cleanliness of the room The location is great as the proximity to Walmart, Service stations, Publix, CVS Pharmacy and malls were superb.

The language barrier was noticeable however not a major issue. Housekeeping staff smoking on corridors.
