Very cinvenient to the Horse Races

floors are not quiet. the person above us literally walked back and forth 53 times wearing hard sole shoes in the evening, then 31 times in the morning the floors cannot be padded as the sound was louder than the TV. Then in the late afternoon he began rearranging the furniture without picking it up. it was a nightmare. fix the floors and don’t put people above others when there are only 5 rooms being used.

The staff was friendly and lived on premise. You could tell they have worked hard to improve and upgrade the motel property, to keep it clean and a great value.

The location was great close to where we wanted to be. Very clean and comfy.

The shower head was very low and the pressure fluctuated.

Better parking. The property in was run down.

The price was good and the room was comfortable.

No issues with the hotel. My biggest issue was the lack of grocery options within walking distance. The Walmart had more snow pants than I have ever seen, but was out of a lot of things or just didn't carry things I usually buy at a local Walmart.

Clean. Friendly staff and good price for the area.

You could hear the guest upstairs stomping and walking! Outdated rooms!
