There is absolutely NOTHING to like at this hotel.

Idk, where do I start? The broken toilet seat? The poop on the broken toilet seat? My room had NO toilet paper or towels but I was afforded a chip of used soap left in the shower. The shower was filthy and the room stunk. The staff couldn't be any less accommodating and the guests seem to be more of a "problem" to them than their bread and butter. They charge 100 dollar deposit and have a sign at the reception desk listing inflated prices for each item they claim is in your room only there is NOTHING in the rooms. They also tell you theu will release your deposit as soon as you check out but it is Thursday and I checked out Sunday while they still hold my deposit. This place is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and it shouldn't even be in business.

The hotel wouldn't accept my card upon arrival I paid cash then booking charged my card u paid double for the room submitted the documents to booking.com was not reimbursed I feel scammed

The room was nasty, smelled like mold. The bathroom tub had paint pealing in the actual tub part. The sheets looked used ,very wrinkled. The room was very warm and the hallway had no air conditioning. The pool area was cracked around the pool didn't look safe. The breakfast which I checked in advance was not offered despite being told it was. Also the surprise $150 deposit we weren't told about in advance that took 10 days to get back. Also had to replace the battery in the remote ourselves after asking for new ones and the ones they gave us was also bad.

The price was reflective of the room.

No chair, just 2 beds, and a dresser and TV. Nothing else, not even shampoo. Towels were stained. The bed was terrible!! Felt like we were in L.A. on skid row. yuk

Leaky toilet was sealed around the base with caulk, instead of actually fixing the leak and replacing the wax seal. I was unable to get a key for my room. Apparently the card reader was broken. I was told to "leave the chain in the door if you leave the room.". There were no blankets in the room. The tub was cracking apart. Overall, it was not what I expected for the money.

Dirty room bathroom terrible , no tv in room did not work went down ask she said here paper me go program it. not good ,wanted to watch playoffs basketball on TV. also bed not soft springs hurt your back terrible.
