the intrusion of privacy with construction in a booked room for privacy and then allergens and holes with wires were not necessary upon a booked room.

the front desk said they didn’t have a plunger when our toilet got clogged. for a king size bed, they only had 3 uncomfortable pillows, the tv didn’t work, and they didn’t have a decent blanket to sleep with only a sheet

There was dried blood in restroom. And cleaning employee tried charging me 20 dollars for an alleged late fee when check out was st 12 and he came at 11:15. Horrifying

Nothing worked in the room (lamps, restroom vent, hair dryer), shower tub was clogged, there wasn’t enough towels, toilet paper. shampoo/soap, etc.

Parking and excellent programming on TV plus close by fast food restaurants..and the price was decent.

The bed wasn't too comfortable, needed it bit more maintenance plus more cleaning outside stairway plus pool was not available... lobby doors locked and had to speak thru a window..not the best but we managed.

NOTHING. Worst experience ever. There was absolutely nothing good about this hotel. Please do not put this on your website. I wanted to cry. I can not stress enough to not let anyone book with this hotel. I wish I would have read the reviews before booking!

I was looking for a hotel that would be the closest to my moms home while i did a quick weekend visit on short notice. Found this one. Doors were locked for the lobby had to stand in the heat (103 degree) to check in at the overnight window. I got the room because it has a pool. We walked over to the pool to take a look and the water was black and they had a rusted chain on the gate. Room was cool because they did have the AC on for us. Left our luggage and returned back that night. As we started to plug in electronics, plugs were loose in the outlet and some even sparked. Roaches started to come out like they were excited to have visitors. As i took my shower i noticed red splatters all over the restroom wall. I freaked out because it looked like blood. At this point i was so mad i went to speak to the guy at the front desk and told him i would like to change rooms because this freaked me out. He asked to come look i let him in and as soon as he walked into the restroom he shook his head and told me there was no blood it was paint pealing. I don’t care what he said i know blood splatter when i see it. He walked out and just looked at me. I was so uncomfortable and i just shut my door. So i was stuck in this room. Had so much trouble using key card to get into the room. I would literally stand there for 5 minutes trying to get it to work. Knobs for the shower and sink we’re broken. This was literally something you would see in a horror movie.
