No place to charge our car and difficult to get to the hotel related to construction

Easy access off the freeway. Good Price, spacious king room, plenty of parking

The building lacked enough luggage carts. The only one available was rickety and disappeared altogether the morning a we left when we could have used it. Staff was responsive but not particularly friendly. Breakfast in a bag included, water, over ripe banana, snack bar and unidentifiable sweet soft tortilla roll up,

Room was well cleaned and pool was comfortable. Staff was very helpful and nice.

Shower didn’t work properly and had to call maintenance. For being an “hearing/wheelchair accessible” room it wasn’t set up well. Water spilled from shower onto a tile floor which made it slippery. Coffee maker was placed on top of a cabinet far out of reach for someone in a wheel chair. Room had a weird smell to it. For being a non smoking hotel I smelled cigarette smoke inside more than a few times.

The bed was so incredibly firm I was hardly able to sleep. When traveling by car you need a good night’s sleep in a comfortable bed. This hotel did not provide that.

Easy access from freeway, but room was very quiet. Considering COVID restrictions, the to-go breakfast was quite adequate. Would love to have had access to the pool, but again, the restrictions were understandable at this time.

I love everything from this hotel! This is one of my favs when i stay in the troutdale or Gresham area, the housekeepers and front desk are very nice and helpful:) love how clean the rooms are and when u ask for extra things for room they give it to you with out hesitation:)
