Location was convenient to the area we were visiting.

Worst hotel experience in recent memory. At almost $300 a night for a two queen room they exploit the high demand for rooms in this touristy area. This sketchy facility is in need of a major makeover. Rooms and public areas were shabby, smelly and poorly lit. Three of the four floors had their ice machines removed and the remaining one was out of order. At 8:00AM the unattended breakfast area was out of milk, coffee and most items. A mob of unhappy guests formed in the lobby demanding attention but the front desk was unmanned and noone was answering the customer service phone on the counter. I would rate it a zero if that was an option.

Good variety of breakfast choices. Nice clean breakfast bar. Plenty of seating not crammed in close to others.

The hotel was very clean and neat. The Staff was courteous and fairly knowledgeable about local restaurants. The breakfast was ready early and was quite good. The hotel offers a shuttle service on the weekends and that was fantastic! Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed the facilities. I also appreciated the fact the hotel staff let us park our motorcycles near the door on the flatter part of the parking lot. The upper parking lot is paved but it's quite steep and a bit challenging to park a motorcycle on.

My booking.com reservation wasn't in the system upon arrival. I had booked two rooms with two queen beds for four adult men. When we arrived, they only had 1 room with 2 beds under my name. They were able to accommodate us but it was quite an inconvenience and took well over 30 minutes to resolve. Kudos to the staff for working it out but it never should have gotten to that point imho.

Everything was great, clean and comfy. The hot tubs were a plus, and the breakfast was good enough. It's located only 10 mins away from Deadwood.

I wish hot tubs could have been reserved since they get crowded at night.

The details. Many hotels provide bare minimum for toiletries, the lotion and the makeup wipes were greatly appreciated. My daughter enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The location was great and getting where we needed to go was easy.

I wish they had indoor hot tubs in addition to the outdoor ones. Only 3 regular sized hot tubs and a full booking of the hotel left us with the inability to partake as they always seemed to be busy when we had the time. This was a relatively small complaint as we were busy with other things in the area as well.
