Was nothing like pictures. Breakfast was just snack bars in a brown bag. It was so pricy for the least service. No room service.

room terrible, found roaches under the tv stand and even in the Hair Dryers, the second day i left, supposed to be there 4 nights, but i felt unsafe. walking outside the first night near the washer and dryer planning to wash the beach towels, I saw in some room was roaches on the curtains, also, breakfast in a paper bag like the sneak bag that i make for my kids when they go to school, how can they be open with roaches infestation I don't understand

The male employees were not friendly or helpful. The room was very basic and smelled like smoke. My room was in a spot where there was noise from people walking by the room. I was woken from a dead sound sleep the first night with people talking loudly and congregating outside my room . People congregate on the stairs and smoke which came into my room via a vent/fan. I complained to the Indian make that night and he basically told me to screw when I requested a room change and/or a refund. Dont expect any breakfast. There are nutra grain bars/peanut butter crackers/hostess cinnamon bread fir breakfast that you have to request. coffee only till 930 am After that you cant even request water . You have to buy it from the vending machines . On a bright side the female staff did allow me to stay an extra hour after checkout do I could return my rental bike to the bike shop.

I didn’t like that the front desk man kept taunting me about who the reservation was for. My business partners name came up from another time I paid for him to be in a hotel from bookings I even called him for him to send his license to my phone to show him He said no it wasn’t necessary Then he kept it up with me. I was totally angry at him. Then he actually slapped me. I will be happy to express why I got so upset I’m getting in touch today with my credit card company and I’m never going to go with Bookings .com again. breakfast. paper bag with sugar loaded bars. since my other super 8 had a nice full breakfast. I had expected in Florida better.

the hotel was in a convenient location. Has a pool that was clean. Provided a grab n go breakfast with the essential food group snacks.

There was a guest across who was loud after 9pm.

rooms need updated. can barely get into bathroom for opening/closing huge bathroom door. Bathroom dood in way of vanity sink etc. Location was excellent and pool was very nice though.

A complete disappointment. Cold room, maid service never arrived after the first day. Music blaring from other rooms. No bed comforter. Just a decorative sheet. Hole in plaster wall. Just awful. Didn’t sleep one wink. It was so bad that I checked out after the first day of a two day reservation. Best Western Plus is literately one mile away. So much better.

Nice place, well located - the king size bed was huge, we really appreciated it.

we booked the place for the breakfast and the gym … the breakfast was in a doggy bag, with some crackers and snacks. The gym apparently closed at the beginning of Covid …
