A great room super close to where I needed to perform a function people with friendly other than the hostess upfront I checked me in what a butterface

Soon as I walked in I could tell if he had an attitude I got was can make her do some work no greeting immediately asked my name and then asked for my driver's license and credit card started to charge my credit card for something she called incidental or damages when I asked more about the charge she gave me attitude again finally I couldn't stand to look at her face one more minute what a hideous looking woman I said fine I don't care just charge it very unhappy with her service but the hotel is great

The nightly cost and wish we had longer to stay.

Out of 3 hotels I stayed in for this trip, this one was the better one.

Asked for towels and room to be cleaned, I turned in the card the receptionist told me to and didn't get new towels or room cleaned. When I checked out, the receptionist was rude. She didn't say Hi, Thanks or anything...it was as if I was bothering her. Get a different job then.....for that reason I'm not too happy with this hotel.

Excellent room, super comfy beds, clean modern property. It was New Years eve so we requested a top floor room so we could look out the windows and see the neighborhood fireworks going off. They made it happen with no issue and no upcharge.

Something to open bottlecaps would have been nice.
