Location near restaurants. Microwave and refrigerator in room with king bed. Free parking. Nice breakfast.
I wish breakfast could go later—10:30 or 11. I prefer a pet-free environment.

This is a great stay for skiing and value. The bus to the ski resorts stops at the site making transportation easy and relaxing.
The building is ordinary but adequate and comfortable...it meets the price so value is very good.
The breakfasts are very disappointing. It is the same every day and very ordinary. I'd readily pay more to have a much more interesting breakfast!
The other drawback is that Salt Lake City is just a cold, hard, minimally landscaped and visually unattractive place. It is laid out for cars and not at all friendly to pedestrians. I walked to the commercial areas several times and the walk was about as unappealing as it could get other than being flat.

The bed was really good! The room was big and comfortable. Everything you might need during your stay was present: refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, etc. The staff was really helpful and answered all of our questions.
Make sure to bring earplugs if you want to sleep. If a guest in a neighbour room decides to take a shower, you will hear the flowing water really well. We also woke up to guests deciding to use the bubble bath in their room at 1 a.m. in the morning. The noice was really loud.

Good location
Our room was few doors away from the pool and the small of chlorine/bleach was too strong for me

Spacious, clean and comfortable room. All needed appliances. Staff was very nice.
Breakfast could have more options (they had eggs, sausage and some bread).

Breakfast was only fair. Didn't serve real coffee----was out of a machine....

The price and the furniture inside the king room. Spacious and comfortable.
The breakfast ends at 9.
The floor vibrates and sounds a lot. You can hear everyone's footsteps and it wakes you up.

The location was the best for our ski trip. Breakfast ended too early and there was not a variety each day, Each day was the same menu. It would be good if the menu could be changed up at least every other day.
The breakfast was not good. The sheets on the bed looked dirty even though it was clean. The colors are also too dark and makes the place look run down.

Breakfast was good, Location of Property was good.
2/17/23 Negatives: Prepaid for a King Room via Booking.com. On check in Clerk with purple hair says we have been “upgraded” to a Queen Room. YEA, NO, told her so at the desk. She says sorry we are overbooked. 8 p.m., so no options for us after driving 800 miles. Bed very hard like sleeping on the floor. Did not sleep well at all. Pick up dinner bring back to room, oops refrigerator is a block of ice doesn’t work. We have 1 wash cloth to share when we shower. Talk to Manager Kat next morning, she says property was not overbooked, and clerk could have put us in another room. Manager Vanessa confirms the same the following week. 3/12/23 Booking.com and Crystal Inn has still not issued credit for not receiving room I paid for and it has been over 3 weeks. Positives: Breakfast was very good, have stayed previously at this property in a King Room bed that was comfortable so not all rooms are bad as I rated property highly previous stay.

I liked how big the room was.
There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Breakfast was a bonus. But very quiet and comfortable. Lots of room in our room.
That I got an additional charge for my pet

I simply needed a place for the night in a big city. This was just off the highway so easy to find for my late arrival. The room was big with a couch, table and chairs, two queen beds, small fridge and microwave. Sort of like a dorm room.
Being on the 4th floor. But there was an elevator.

The room was great. It had what we needed, a refrigerator, a microwave, two good beds.
A nice restroom.
It also had a pool available between 8am until 11pm, that allowed us to unwind after a long day.
The room was quiet and tv programming was varied to entertain us before we would go to sleep.
The lavatory was not very well cleaned, it had long hairs in it.
The breakfast hours were between 6am til 9am. If you want your breakfast wake up early.

Staff was amazing. Comfortable beds.
It had a terrible odor. Got some room spray to help out. Only used to sleep so it was bearable. Would not have been if I needed to be int he room much.

We enjoyed the location, the breakfast, the luxurious bed, and the room! We were very comfortable.
The room next door was obnoxiously loud every time they used their bath or shower. It was 11 pm and was SO LOUD. The instructions for how to use the jets on the tub were also faded, so we didn’t figure out how to use the jets until later.

Really nice and friendly staff. Well organized for the revel race.
The water never got super hot. People were loud in the hallways.
