Hot breakfast was spectacular!!! I don't know who's the manager but it was my wife's birthday and everyone made sure to tell her happy birthday!! Left her a small something in the room!!! Thank you all staff for the card!!! Love you guys!!!

I liked the breakfast options. I like the Dove soap, shampoo and lotion. I like the spacious room.

Location is great. The breakfast and lobby staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was an audible water leak in the a/c unit. The carpet was wet in several places around the unit and there was a very noticeable "mildew" smell upon entering the room. However, the room served its purpose (one night), but I'm not sure this is somewhere I would want to spend an extended amount of time.

Clean, large room, bomb breakfast, nice staff (let me get a towel and wash cloth although front desk said there were no more). Comfy enough bed. Great water pressure and very hot water

Ran out of towels and think I saw a dead bed bug the morning of check out. Now I'm paranoid about if I transferred any home. Tub also had hair in it upon check in.

I liked the spacious room with the queen beds. Also, the aminities in the bathroom shower.

where to begin… nothing. the manager denied my service animal, and also lost my paid for booking as well as about two dozen others .

this hotel needs staff that know what they are doing and being trained for, your staff as well as management need common sense. your staff lost my booking and asked me if I knew my own name, questioned if I knew what state it was in and flat out denied my disabilities. i was told I was not allowed to have a service dog on the property and then was told my disability was not their problem to see booking.com instead . i could go on…. i was also told I looked like I couldn’t afford a suite she had after telling me they had zero avail and double booked about two dozen others . it was our fault she said . never seen such Unprofessional behavior . i missed my entire martial arts tournament trying to check in and be belittled . so I drove 6 hours just to argue with a hotel. the manager rose needs a reality check and a new job
