The rooms were nice!

The employees are a bit unprofessional. There were 10 cars broken into the Friday night. As soon as the person I came with went in the hotel there was a family that discovered both rooms they reserved had mold in them. Plus, they didn’t reimburse me for my $100 damage fee. Mind you, NOTHING was damaged. Wouldn’t recommend anyone staying.

The bed were very hard and uncomfortable. Standing on feet for several hours and come to your room can't get any rest bed is extremely hard. And the worst thing is to pay three times the regular rate. Because of an event going on in area...Will never stay there again and never recommen to anyone I know.

The room was clean. The bathroom seemed remodeled recently and was very comfortable. The location is a bit far from everything, but it is a 10-minute drive, and the hotel has good parking.

The bed sheets for the first two nights we stayed were worn or tattered; there were patches where the fabric was very thin and rough. They changed the sheets for the last night, and it improved. The shower doesn't have any kind of shelf to leave your products, so you have to put them on the floor. Lastly, if you are considering the breakfast as the deal breaker, it was not good.

No fave towels in room upon arrival,went down stairs and ask for towel the guy stated there wasn't any and they should have some at 8am.8am came still no towels until 10 and the lady clerk was very rude and ask for manager several times still didn't receive. DID I mention the lady clerk called me to pay over the phone while I was at a nba game when they told me day before that I can pay when arrive!The stay was just awful would not recommended at all hopefully this make it to their review page one dissatisfied customer!!!!

Room size was great and the bed was comfy.

The fire alarm went off 3 times at 3a.m and called down to the front desk and was told they were tested them. Which was odd to me and my sister because we were woke up and jumped up in a panic.
