Location.

No housekeeping. Small room; no closet; no luggage rack; internet access was denied the day before our checkout. Left dinner trash outside of room door and it sat there for over 24 hours. Manager's cooperation was terrible when I asked them to clean the room. It was close to a third world motel. I will never stay there again.

Bathroom walls behind door had wierd drip stains and the floor needed mopping and all older hotels have loud air conditioners, but the towels were clean and the tub and shower and the room is updated and overall I would stay again and recommend to other family members

Very clean and updated you could tell everything was new...loved the decor..desk clerk was very nice and friendly..

Sorry but the bed was to high, we are seniors and it's very hard to get in and out of bed but that high made it even more difficult.

Modern updates matched the pictures online

My room was not as clean as the first time I stayed here. The toilet bowl had a water ring stain on it, and the bath tub was slow draining enough that after a short shower, I had to wait quite a bit for the water and soap to drain. Reported it to staff the next morning when I checked out. The rest of the room was spotless as expected.

Room was very good size for a double queen and very clean. Plenty of closet and drawers for clothes.

Stairs only (bad knees) but for a small establishment not unexpected. Parking spaces a tad tight for SUV or full size cars. HVAC needs better placement for even temperature in room.

Convenient location. Clean room. Smooth check-in and check out.

The AC in the room was really really loud. Ice maker was just outside the door, also very loud.

The room was clean and had all that I needed. No extras ... just enough of everything.

For my 7 day stay , my room was only services once. i would think I would have received at least two during that time.

Property looks to be recently up graded. The photos don't do the exterior justice. Nicer than expected.

I loved that the room was very clean and was stocked had towels shampoo soap toilet paper. The microwave and fridge was awesome they came in handy.

Space.... Most rooms now have a sofa. Felt the room was a little small. Plus you can hear all the noises from the room upstairs.

I like this place. It's close to home, always very quiet, and the man who is at the office is always friendly and helpful even after being woke up from his night sleep. Thanks again.

The room was clean and look up to date with the decorations. It had everything we needed the mini fridge, microwave and a blow-dryer I think it even had an iron.

If anything the parking lot was a bit small.

I requested a downstairs room due to traveling with an elderly person and they were able to accommodate me which I really appreciated.

However the room we received was a little bit water damaged. There was a leak so floor was warped and soft. Also some of the fixtures in the bathroom were old, broken, and rusted. It wasn't as great as the room I received the first time however that was upstairs.

the place is nicely updated everything you need is in the room. sometimes we have trouble getting onto the internet. I went to the office and was given another website to log on, the internet worked fine after using that website. And no they don’t come clean the rooms daily due to Covid which is what is expected in these strange times. But they are upfront and honest they let you know when you check in that they do not do room service due to Covid restrictions. This is a motel, so no they don’t provide breakfast, if you want breakfast included than you should go to the bigger hotels that do offer bread coffee and juice and maybe a banana.
