The hotel is steps from the Boardwalk.

The room was VERY dirty, the bed was VERY uncomfortable.

The location was great !! We were here for Irish weekend and the room was a great price compared to other hotels .The room was clean , small but we don't spend much time in the room A great place to stay plenty things close by to visit . Park your car most places you can walk to .

The location of the room. All the way at the end of the hall back in a corner across from a storage closet. You don't put people in a room like as described with no view unless your offering a significant reduction in rate. The outlets were broken. Etc I'm not going to go on and on it was not quality for the money paid. Stay there, if you want to sleep on a rock hard mattress. There was no one in the office when I arrived. The picture shown is what i was met with there on site.

Location is good, bout two blocks from boardwalk / beach.

the place is run down, looks like it hasn't been updated in years. they advertise a community grill by the pool for barbecuing THIS IS FALSE ! Some people book places in with grills to cook at "home" instead of dining out every night. IF YOU DONT HAVE A GRILL THEN YOU SHOULDN'T ADVERTISE THAT YOU DO !

The managers were so nice and polite it’s hard to say this was a bad experience. However the guests next to me had been so loud at 2 am and when we asked them to be quieter, they got obnoxious and louder shining their phone light into our room and calling us vulgar, racists names . Management tried to take care of it but they argued and the cops came and did nothing- my room was changed at 3 am to avoid these abusive guests who had now threatened me. I cut my stay short and was given a refund for my inconvenience. The rooms could have been cleaner and the bed in my second room was broken.

Everything. It was the worse place I’ve had ever stayed. Was dirty and my room was changed 3x. Don’t waste your money!!!

Location was nice.

For wildwood it was decent. I mean it obviously needs remodeling and renovation desperately. Pool was nice but I mean aren't most at the beach.

I liked the location

The beds aren't the greatest. There is no staff lol. Just a guy who you call at another hotel down the street. You walk to the other hotel to check in. He gives you towels and 1 key 😕

The room was okay but ours was in the corner. Everyone else had chairs to sit on deck we had none. I understand it’s covid but they never ask if we needed any supplies. The guys running the desk were not to nice. We got locked out went to get another key the guys at the desk give us a hard time till the man come out of back and said just give them the key. Towels and sheets were piled on first floor that needed washed just throwed. Was not to nice a scene. Parking is so hard to get in and out they need to designate places cause when you leave you loose your spot and you have a hard time getting in you have to back in the lot in a space from the road and when you leave you have to back from your spot to the road.

It was very close to the board walk.

There were roaches and the floor was dirty. The toilet didn’t work correctly. There was a parking lot that was full and I had to park elsewhere. Nobody was in the office, I had to walk to another hotel a block over to check in. There was sand in the sheets upon arrival. It was not worth the stay.

Well with the pandemic Owners did the best they could. Nice girl making up rooms very helpful.

The air conditioning worked well

I dont like the way I was treated by management. As soon as the lady heard me ask, "why isnt the room ready"?? And "why do I have to park a block away if I'm a paying customer ". (Mind you check in is at 3pm. We arrived to check in at 3:30) . She accused me of being nasty (the tone in my voice never changed, I didnt even use foul language) and if I didnt like it, I could get my money back and go elsewhere. When I told her I wasn't being nasty, I'm questioning what's going on here. I'm a paying customer. Her attitude kicked in a little stronger , I told her, this is by far the worst customer service I had ever received, she threatened to cancel my reservation, and told me I'm a miserable person. All because I questioned what was going on. Now, all I had in my account was what I had already paid. So, I couldn't just get a refund and go elsewhere. The bank takes a couple days to post that. I only had spending money, AND it was booked everywhere in my budget. Sooooo... Instead of doing what I wanted to.. I literally had to walk out and keep my mouth shut since my 2 kids where anxiously awaiting this trip.. Way to use that trump card on paying customers, knowing the city is booked.. I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE COME HERE AGAIN. THAT NASTY TREATMENT WAS EXTREMELY UNWARRANTED.. and uncalled for. I did what I could to show my kids a good time with all the extra money I had. I literally had to swallow my pride. I could not walk back to that car and tell my sons we cant stay out here at all. So, I didnt yell, and I definitely was not rude at all. I also have a picture time stamped... showing the young lady who cleaned the room was done at 4:40. Almost 2 hours after when check in was suppose to be. The pictures I posted are of the one bed... pillow... and looked like blood on the wall.
