The room was comfortable, clean, decoration was lovely and the couch was so comfortable not hard! The shower was perfect!

The location was Great !!! I enjoyed my stay. I loved the room Everything was so clean and cozy. I felt safe it was quiet. The staff was awesome at check in.

this motel was exactly as described. it was a great value, the rooms were very clean and the location fantastic. you can walk to anything you want. there was a lovely outdoor space with comfortable chairs and pretty lighting by the bay. very quiet at night.

As we were just touring around Cape Cod, this location in Orleans was excellent. Our room was quite comfortable and fairly priced. The ability to simply walk to variety of restaurants was a bonus.
The water pressure in the shower could have been better, but this is usually the case in most motels we stay in. (We are quite spoiled by high pressure showers at home!)

Bed was very comfortable. Location was good.
Shower head awful, low water pressure. Electricity plug in living room area didn't seem to work. Hairdryer antiquated and not very good at all. Ventilation not good, to have fresh air had to have front window open.

We missed the breakfast but that's ok. The room was spacious and fairly priced. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even our motel neighbors were so kind.

Great location, outstanding views overlooking the cove. Within walking distance of restaurants, coffee, etc.
We were in a ground level room with noisy guests above us. This is clearly on the discourteous guests and not hotel, but maybe reiterate quiet hours

Wonderful location, friendly staff and other travelers. The grounds were beautiful. The room was spacious and well appointed. Parking location was great.
Our room needs some freshening up. The mattress and box springs were old and tired. The weather was nice enough to open the windows, but there were holes in the bathroom screen so bugs came in.

The room was large, comfortable and charming. The location was within walking distance to several shops and restaurants and a short drive to beaches. I would happily stay here again and will recommend it to others.
The bathroom was a bit small.
