clean and well laid out, great breakfast !

The room was clean, there was shampoo and body wash in the large disperser's in the shower, however, no hair conditioner - completely empty - couldn't get one drop out of it. Bed was comfortable, and luckily they had an ice machine on the second floor for ice.

I am handicapped and we were told upon checking in (reserved room on line), that we would have to climb "about 10 stairs because they were remodeling and the elevator was down". It was 15 stairs!! It was difficult for me to get up those stairs. I chose to stay in the room and not leave for dinner or breakfast so that I would not have to climb up or down the stairs after the first trip up! My husband went out and picked up dinner, and the following morning he went and picked up McDonalds and brought back to the room so I wouldn't have to use the stairs. Not sure if elevators are out because of the remodeling going on or not.

Can’t understand why this hasn’t had better reviews this is probably the best located Hotel and without doubt the best facilities in the area. The King Suite was in excellent condition and up to date

Nothing to Dislike

Lovely cheerful staff, very helpful.

Floors were not clean, you need a better cleaning system than a dirty mop moving the dirt around. Also the area was moist which I know can't be helped. Room was overpriced for the value.

Did not realise when booking this was motel type accommodation and not rooms inside the building. The parking outside was quite tight and as we were on an end run could not park directly outside our room. Room was spacious and had all the amenities you would require, fridge etc. beds comfy and plenty of pillows very clean, The only draw back was the train at 3 am every morning they blew the whistle which woke us up and difficult to get back to sleep.Also many bikers use this place and as you are directly on the car park it can get very noisy when they come and go at all hours. The first day they had a coach party in for breakfast so people were occupying seats and they had finished breakfast making us wait no supervision on requiring them to vacate tables when you are standing with your breakfast. Second day no problem and the spread was very good.As described. food selection excellent and quickly replenished.

My partner and I stopped here for a single night stay on a road trip back home from the holidays. It was the perfect stay for a quick turnaround. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was good (waffle station, breakfast potatoes, eggs, sausage, cold cereal, oatmeal, etc…), could have used a few fresh fruit options, but other than that, there was a decent variety of foods from which to choose. Overall, I’d say it was a great value. Would definitely stay again.

Upon walking into our room, it was very obvious someone had been smoking marijuana in the room recently. I went downstairs to inform the clerk at the front desk. He apologized and immediately gave us another room, which was perfectly fine. I appreciated his professionalism.
