The kind and courteous nature of the staff as well as the cleanliness of the entire property.

The shower curtain does not adequately stop water from exiting the pan area. Straight curtains are certainly better with short shower pans. Just suggestions, not complaints. It was an immaculate stay.

Clean, simply but efficiently furnished. Extras like a Yeti cooler, puffy blanket, and hammock for use.

Very skimpy breakfast. Coffee, tea and muffins when they advertised continental breakfast. Also the hot tub was not working. They said “ in two weeks all will be updated”.

everything was perfect

great for what it is - a budget lodge close to the ski fields. but the shower hot water did not get above lukewarm, with bad pressure. and the staff said we were the first to stay in the room since a recent renovation, but the room was filthy with dust and construction debris so obviously hadn’t been cleaned.

Not serious but somewhat loud workers outside and weird smelling hot shower water at first. Also be very careful during winter if you don’t have AWD or 4WD. Bring chains and be ready to use them for HWY 160 towards Wolf Creek Ski Area. Also, don’t expect someone to answer the phone, but if you message then through booking.com or their website you will get an answer.

Staff is super friendly, the view of the mountains is beautiful. Hot tubs are a huge plus after spending the day snowboarding or skiing.

Our bed was super firm and the ac would let out this annoying ringing sound ever so often.
