Pet hair in our room had a small smell of pets. Walls are paper thin. People next door throwing a party until 3 am next door kept my family up all night. Front office don't care to do anything about it either after we requested that they step in and quiet them down.

This is a great airport hotel -- quiet, clean, with spacious rooms. The staff is friendly, and the airport shuttle service is excellent. Thank you!

It's overpriced. We paid $270. I think that the room should be priced at $150. The bed is not very comfortable.

The landscape was beautiful.

The queen bed needed to be replaced. it was uncomfortable. Not good to see permanent indentations of use. The pool was over chlorinated or salted. My son’s eyes had corneal burns.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

toiletries were not provided in the room so we had to go to the front desk to the items. ironically we normally bring her own but grabbed our wrong higiene bag when we packed. At first we were surprised there weren’t any toiletries in the room but when I called and spoke with the front desk and they explained that they had been forgotten and apologized and said we could pick them up at the front desk. The fact that there were not a lot of dating up options in that particular area was a drawback fortunately there were several options a couple miles away

There was no breakfast which surprised and disappointed me.

The top sheet and comforter were too short for my husband. Our sleep became challenging unti we remade the bed.

The room was really nice and the bed was comfortable.
