We did not get our room type we reserved. The facility was old, dated. Bathroom rusting.

Great location, very comfortable bed, very friendly staff
Our room wasn’t clean when we got it (pubes on the toilet seat when we lifted the lid up when we first got in the room), the wallpaper was coming off in the shower due to the humidity and the corner of the ceiling in the shower needs repaired for the same reason as it was bubbling from the humidity, the pillows weren’t firm enough

It really made me upset there wasn’t a free, I mean really free breakfast! This is the first hotel we have stayed this trip with no breakfast. The free part was pitiful! 8.95 a piece for two people, McDonald’s can do better than that. For the amount we spent on this hotel the least they could do is provide breakfast!!

The location and value were good! Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful but not all.
We had NO hot water and weren’t able to get DirectTv to work on the tv for the entire stay and when we called to ask about it at the front desk we were just told that “Maintenance wasn’t here” Nothing more not even an apology for the inconvenience or maybe even try to find another room.
