The staff were super friendly and helpful. Beautiful location.
The king size sheets were to small wouldn’t stay on the bed.

Across the road from the festival grounds. Owner is very good at making sure you have a good time. Cleaned room every day.
Bed was a little too soft for me to get a good sleep.

The thermostat was set to 80F roaring when turned on. I couldn't fall asleep, and it still was cold.

although the motel was very clean it had a musty smell.

Lots of character. The rooms was clean. Staff very friendly.
Very small closet. As a older hotel while clean had I’ll fitting doors with crack all the way around which is not good in cold weather. Very few places close by to eat breakfast.

The owners are very nice. The rooms and the motel are very clean.
We had to run the hot water for at least 5 minutes before it started to get luke warm. The internet was poor, which was a problem for us, as we were planning our trip from day to day.

Walls were thin. Adjacent room had crying toddlers until midnight. Tried for room change at 11:20pm but was unable to contact managers of motel.

Nice location, very easy check in and out
This time we stayed in the room, closest to the road. That was noisy a bit in the night because of traffic. That was busy week, so price was high

Pop's Restaurant, next door was delicious!! Pizza from Rendezvous delicious also but had to wait over an hour to pick it up!
My 10yo grandson enjoyed having his own room and own TV!! I was surprised how quiet it was despite having many motorcyclists staying at motel also! We enjoyed Cherokee Village, hiking in area especially Soco and Mingo Falls, and seeing elk in late afternoon at settlement outside Cherokee. Clingman's Dome was amazing....but long wait just to get in parking lot (even on a weekday)!
Maggie Valley does not have alot of selections as far as eating out.....most have closed down this time of year. Lines for breakfast at the couple of options. Pop's, next door, delicious though! Had my first taste of fried grits!!

Very friendly staff, great location, and room was very clean.
The room description said "soundproof," but it wasn't. You could hear the traffic, but at least you couldn't hear the other guests.
