The hot water in bathroom could have been better and hot tub waterand pool water could have used more hot water

Staffing front desk needs a promotion

Had an issue with my vehicle push botton starter, my wife was in the rain stuck at the gas station,as the hotel could i get a ride get my wife or just a drop off, the van driver flat out said no, im sure vehicle make unauthorized food runs and also used for personal use sometime plus I was willing to also give the guy a great tip, I also use your laundry facility, my clothing was locked in the laundry facility until in the middle of the night hours, until the maintenance guy came, I didn't put up much of a fuss and neither did I act like a butt, I took it like a grain of salt, I'm sure the courtesy van at the hotel do make personal runs and food runs, so I feel that by me being such a great guess, they least could have went and picked up my wife and brought it back to the hotel, please take courtesy off the van, because I did not get any courtesy service, from that van or the van driver.
