The reception/check in is warm and quick.The balcony had a wonderful view of the pools...I especially enjoyed getting up at 4 am.. having the pools all to myself and watching the sunrise was absolutely beautiful.Highly recommend.They have wonderful acoustic music playing, songs from the 50s to the 90s..just loud enough to keep the relaxion vibe.Its wonderful for solo traveling,familes and couples.The hot springs are different temperatures and feel absolutely healing.A wonderful restaurant on site,voted best Italian in Desert Hot Springs.If you stay just one night they will hold your luggage and you are free to use the pools and hot sauna,there are lockers in the spa as well.So soak everything last minute from the healing waters..then sleep like a baby..the staff is exceptional.Highly recommend this beautiful resort.

My room's electricity was off when I woke up,I was so content I truly didn't notice until looking at my phone seeing hadn't charged.The front desk charged for me and were courteous about this issue.I was accidentally charged twice for one night..the manager is fixing this as I write.It has a taken a few hours of time fix this mistake.Mistakes happen and hoping it's resolved quickly as I can't wait to return to The Miracle Springs Hotel and Spa.

Schöner Pool, viele Whirlpools, genügend Liegestühle, Zimmer sind zwar etwas veraltet, aber es hat alles funktioniert und das Restaurant hat gute Speisen zu vernünftigen Preisen.

Eine kleine Auffrischung fürs Hotel könnte nicht schaden.

The pools were nice and it was a fun place to stay for a couple of nights. It was inexpensive, so my expectations weren’t very high.

Everything is very run down and needs fixing and/or cleaning.

Old facility with popcorn ceiling and poor attitude from the resort manager People were even smoking and using weed in the pools

Great outdoor facilities. 8 hot springs pools well maintained. Mature landscaping. I like that it is independently owned - not a chain hotel. Not pretentious. Very reasonable pricing. Good restaurant and bar. Keep in mind the property is a tad outdated - it does not bother me. It has a low-key, non-snobby vibe. That's a good thing in my book. Rooms are large, very happy with size. I feel like you get a great value here. I found this place last year - and felt like I had made a great discovery. This was my third visit. I will return repeatedly, like many of their guests do.

I wish the bar was open later than 9pm, for drinks and food. It may have an early close time because majority of guests are an older crowd, and perhaps it is not cost effective to remain open late. Would also be great if they offered rides to/from airport, but I understand that may also not be cost-effective these days.

the pools are great. not too hot, but very comfortable. restaurant prices are reasonable.

we could not get a good nights sleep. this seems to be a party facility. people were in the pools basically all night. maybe we hit a bad day, but there was a party going on somewhere with LOUD music until 5am! and nobody seemed to care. also, kids seem to mistake the thermal pools for a waterpark. one teenager basically told us to get out their way as they planned to jump into the pools where we hung out. no visible parental control.

De heerlijke zwembaden met de warmte vanuit de bronnen, fantastisch. Lekker gegeten in het restaurant, fijne ruime kamer. Hier kun je lekker bijkomen tijdens je rondreis, echt aanrader !

The heating/cooling system in our room was inoperable at the outset, so they changed us to an upgraded room.

The spa pools are great, but some of the water jets don't work.

Great place, my family has been coming here for decades. Hot springs pools are wonderful and relaxing, each one is set a different temperatures. The pools are open 24 hours but it's not noisy, even if your staying poolside, because the windows are think and soundproof. Also those who use the pools at night are respectful. Also great place for families as it it has a large pool and two small wadding pools, perfect for the little ones. The onsite restaurant is also a plus, you don't have to leave the property and can hangout by the pool all day. It has a full bar and you can take drinks poolside. They're working on updating the rooms, but all the rooms are clean and well cared for.

Not deal breakers, but things to improve the experience. Wifi - my biggest gripe is how slow and unreliable it is. It's nice to disconnect, but it's 2023 people rely on their phones and Desert Hot Springs has poor cell reception. The side where the router is has a stronger connection but still not great. Also the locker room used to have towels and toiletries. They cut back on toiletries, which I get cuts costs, but I don't understand why you have to ask for a clean towel inorder to shower. There's not always someone at the spa reception area so you have to go to the front desk in the lobby if you need one.

L'hôtel est un peu "vieillot" et mériterait un petit rafraichissement. Nous sommes allés là car plus aucun disponible à Palm Springs, donc forcément loin de notre centre d'intérêt. Le directeur de l'hôtel est très sympathique.

Horrible customer service

The pools are clean and the temperature of the water was perfect.

The receptionist very rude and unhelpful. When we went to our room there was a strong weed smell. We called the reception and we will told that it is allowed in the property there were unwilling to do anything which is bad if you planning to relax with your kids. Also the restaurant waitresses are super rude at luch time they had us sitting on an unclean table for 30 min and nobody want to come clean it, they even didn't take our orders. Terrible!

The pools were well kept. I loved the water.
