The host was very respectful, helpful and accommodating. The initial room reserved could not accommodate the amount in our party, so the host changed our room. The new room was larger, clean, quiet and more comfortable. We did not partake in breakfast so it is not a complaint here. Overall, very satisfied with this stay.

The outside was nice and the landscape was inviting.
There were potholes in the parking lot, the carpet was stained, the floor in our room was sticky, and the staff wasn’t very welcoming.

the location was convenient for the purpose my visit and the staff were very friendly!
the bathroom was rundown and my tv didn’t work. the front desk attendant tried his best to fix it and did call spectrum to try and get it fixed but it never ended up working during my stay.

There was no real breakfast provided. Just coffee and a cereal bar. The vending machine didn't work either.

2d floor reeked of marijuana, courtesy of person on staff, or first name basis of someone at the front desk. When given a non-smoking room, it reeked of smoke. Given another room on the 3rd floor, (think no elevator, bad knee, luggage) less Smokey. Hole in bathroom ceiling, broken doorknob on bathroom door, one chair in the room. Oh yeah, I am not used to cockroaches in room. Complimentary breakfast was juice, coffee, and breakfast bars. Underwhelming experience.
Exit door marked EXIT was locked, inoperable, and red exit button had no control over it. Pity those in a fire. I believe this is a violation of the fire code.

The areas closeness to restaurants
The room was not the cleanest and it had a mildew kind of smell about it. Bathroom was not cleanest either. Caulking around tub was peeling off and toilet paper holder was broken and drain in tub was clogged.

24 hours service and cook out opportunity
old dirty room carpet and staff on duty not able to handle our complaints on the banging on top of our room at nights saying that there is nothing they can do about it, no breakfast as stated on the website
