Loved the beach service

Amazing location!! Amazing restaurant... and great price! Highly recommend it!

We like the view of the bay from the balcony and the main living room area. The beach was great and it was a very short distance from the villa/ apartment and the staff at the beach was great! We order some food and drinks too from their own restaurant, and it was a good portion.

They need to put black out window shades or curtains because it is way too bright in the morning. The furniture is not so great and needs to be replaced like the wicker chairs in the living room cause they scraped the bottom of my arms and the sofa bed is sink in the middle. The master bedroom has no locks on the door and the lock on the bathroom was there but it was not working properly. Since we went with our young ones they kept coming and going through which made our stay a bit irritating, since there were no locks on the main door only in the the closet. The dresser was very dusty and the TV was in top of the dresser covering the mirror in the dresser, really…. Also there were not enough towels hooks in the master bedroom. I highly recommend to add more specially for parents traveling with kids. Also please tell the to add more USB connectivity. There were 0 at the villas were we stayed, so it would have made it easy to charge our cellphones, iPads, I watch, wireless speakers in multiple areas of the apartment. In many other hotels they already have usb in the nigh lamps or alarms that allows us to charge the electric devices.

The hotel is a classic construction but very well maintained. The place is beautiful and the beach access and services were excellent. Wonderful place to relax for a week.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Condo had a nice layout and plenty of storage space. This was our second visit and we highly recommend this resort.

The rooms are spacious and clean with tiled floors! The bathrooms are super clean as well! There is a full size fridge in our room with a small sink and stove. The beach is literally right off the hotel. It was an amazing stay!

Make reservations 3 week in advance for dinner at the restaurant and when I call to confirm on my arrival they could not find it and did not make new arrangement.

The location and the beach environment is really pretty and inviting, the room was excellent and spacious, the staff is very friendly, although the expectation was to have a unit/room Oceanview the unit was inland and with a view to the Bay and surrounding neighborhood area.

Proximity to beach and gouging grounds. The room was spacious. The beds and mattresses were great.

At times the desk desk clerks were rather terse. Especially at check out. We were told it was customary to check out the night before when we checked out the last morning. This detail was not on the instruction sheet provided.

The mattress could have been better
