The location is much better than I thought. We are definitely coming back to this place and staying longer in order to do more hiking.

Can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

We loved the extra amenities: a small library for borrowing books, a pool table, an indoor pool, videos to take back to the room, and games to borrow. In addition, the staff was incredibly gracious and it was clear that the people who return every year are like family to the staff and vice-versa.

The rooms smelled stuffy and slightly moldy and the bathtub was clogged, which would be easy to fix. That said, we didn't spend that much time in the hotel, so it didn't matter very much. We loved the place overall!

it’s quiet and relaxing. the only complaint there’s a pump or something that’s was on all night long and since it’s very quiet that noise is amplified.

It was quiet, serene and quiet and clean.

friendly staff, great family place, lots of activities in the club house, lots of space in the condo.

hot tub was broken

I liked the townhouse and the club house, my kids enjoyed to play all the games there. We had our own sleds but it was nice to know that there are some sleds available to borrow. Also the restaurant was in very convenient location with very delicious food:)

The pool was closed and nobody informed us.

This was a lot nicer than we were expecting. There were couches, a nice TV in the living area; the bathroom upstairs and jack & Jill bathroom downstairs, and king bed along with twin beds in the other bedroom. We were pleasantly surprised by the size and washer/dryer in the unit.

We never saw staff and we never went inside the lobby because we felt we weren't supposed to since they were maintaining Covid-19 protocols. Also, there were SPIDER WEBS on the outside decks that could have been cleaned off and clearly had not been cleaned for a while. We didn't use the decks for that very reason.

Location was super convenient, staff (Candy and MaryJane) were very helpful with advice regarding nearby activities.
