Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious, and the soup in the evenings was also delightful. Definitely would plan on staying at this location again.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

AmericInn Bemidji was very nice and a pleasant surprise after some disappointments along the way from western Washington to Minneapolis. The facility is newer and in excellent condition, and our room was very clean. The staff was very welcoming (we appreciated the cookies upon our arrival). The breakfast and the breakfast area were very good - much better than most. A good endorsement for AmericInns, which we had not tried previously. If you like ice cream, don't miss Big River Scoop downtown on Bemidji Avenue North - just be prepared to possibly stand in a long line.

The pool and hot tub were great. The hotel is nicely positioned. The breakfast provided was a cooked breakfast and to a very high standard. Best we have ever had. The rooms and hotel layout were also at a high standard.

The staff didn’t point out that the rooms would not be serviced unless requested.

The room was clean .the staff was very friendly.the breakfast lady was super sweet and did a great job with the food and the guests.

The hot tub was broken .there were no jets!!it was just a big bathtub.i specifically ASKED about the hot tub.a boy threw up in the swimming pool and the staff just took out the chunks.THAT was her request to the family.they never cleaned it out.people were supposed to still go swim in it.

Close to shopping and hotels

The check in clerk was very rude. The facility, especially the rooms had a horrible smell.The pool was closed.

The staff was nice and accommodating

Good location, good breakfast, attentive staff kept breakfast items well stocked. Friendly counter staff. Enjoyed the cookies at the front desk.

The property could use a remodel/refresh, looks tired pool floor needs to be painted, a television with a better picture, bed mattress could be replaced. The view outside our room of the garbage dumpster’s wasn’t the best.

We reserved a playpen for our infant so we did not have to travel with one. We verified they had one two times, when we arrived it was very dirty and broken we had no bed for our child so we did not get any rest the three nights we stayed. The pool temperature was unbearable for our children it was soo cold. Bathrooms are very small and mold on the ceiling tiles.
