The people next door kept fighting each night their dog kept barking all night friday night P calvo cup alpha 5 times Saturday night due to them fighting and nothing was really done until Sunday about it last night we were never as Saturday night Someone has stolen the smoke detector that was never home as well my room housekeeping never stopped once in the room

I didn't like waiting 30 min for someone to the Front desk so I could check in. I didn't like how they did not have proper amount in drawer to get change back,and I really did not like the bed bugs everywhere

Nothing could notnsleep people were up all night banging doors and being loud the room was unclean and staff was to busy socializing to even listen to my concerns I was told they could do nothing about it

Easy to find Nikki at front desk was very helpful fast check in .clean room hallways had some dirt but probably from construction workers so no biggie

good location. had everything I needed there.

didn’t have plates for breakfast but that’s minor didn’t effect my stay really. had to get new card for my door but front desk lady was nice and fixed it right away. both minor and no big deal.

Nothing. in fact the smell of the hotel, the plastic all over the lobby and the camper taking permanent residence in the parking lot were all factors in us cancelling our stay. which neither the hotel, nor Booking.com has been able to actually accomplish.
