Breakfast was not included in the stay like we had anticipated so we went to Wawa. The coffee wasn’t complimentary except for in the rooms where it was basic packets of no dairy dry creamer and paper cups.
I think that coffee should be complimentary in the foyer. The elevators didn’t seem to get attention while we were there. Dirty.

Coffee was the best thing there. The hotel is located in the only possible place..
I had no heat in my room for the two days I stayed. My ability to relax in my room on those rainy days was impossible. I stayed out of the building (in my car) most of the day. I had a space heater in my room in order to sleep.

Bed bugs were found. one sample was collected and provided to front desk. I was told Hotel management will follow up. This was public health issue should be to report to State public health authorities. Picture is available if needed

The bed in the room was very firm. This is possibly because the bed was in an accessible room, but it was not the comfort level we were looking for.

Bedroom wonderful and comfortable. Staff very helpful.
Waiting for staff to talk to us when at breakfast counter. We walked away in the end. But the receptionist was extremely helpful and offered a free breakfast voucher.
Air conditioning was loud, which we needed to leave on because it was so hot that night. But overall we loved the room.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. We stayed there for it's proximity to the Irish Rumble volleyball tournament at the United Sports Complex in Downington. The only down side were the prices in the hotel convenience shop and food prices. Go out to eat or purchase anything, $7 for a small pack of pretzels. I would definitely stay there again.

$300 security deposit if you don't use your card, on top of the price for the room. And all the food and drinks cost triple the worth. Order out.

As I am using it for my trips visiting our US subsidiary the distance to office is impoartant and I know my places to go. A car is mandatory as there is not much around.
I have a convennient and calm place to sleep, the chance to eat if required an no problem parking the car.

CHECK-IN WAS A BREEZE AND THE PERSON AT THE DESK WAS FRIENDLY BOTH CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT. THE BATHROOM WAS A GOOD SIZE. THE LOCATION WAS EASY TO ACCESS.
THE BATHROOM NEEDED TO BE CLEANED BETTER, STUFF WAS ALL OVER THE WALLS. THE TUB WAS TINY AND VERY HARD TO NAVIGATE BEING 8 MONTHS PREGNANT. THE BED WAS ROCK SOLID, NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL, I SPENT MOST OF THE NIGHT IN PAIN AND ENDED UP LEAVING EARLY BECAUSE MY BACK COULDN'T TAKE IT. COULDN'T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE TV DUE TO THE AWKWARD ANGLE. NOWHERE TO PLUG THE USB CHARGER INTO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT WITH A NEWER HOTEL THESE WOULD BE STAPLES.
