There was plenty of parking. Close to highway, gas, and a McDonald’s and Denny’s for easy food.

Not in the best of places. Room felt like an ice box at all times and never got warm. Room service when asked not to disturb. Paper thin walls.

The property and parking areas are well lit unfortunately there are people hanging around the driveway walkways that don't appear to be staying at the hotel this is at 1 AM

I had gotten bitten 10 times I'm in my legs and back from some type of bed bug or something I would recommend fumigation for the mattresses. any hotel is aware that customers travel with all kinds of microscopic bugs that need to be eradicated periodically. I notified housekeeping when I be trying to do but I doubt they will tell the management?

The pool was not advertised as closed. I got the hotel for this reason. The showeer was horrible, the price was extremely high for the room, the heater did not work, the sink pushed out A LOTof water it splashed everywhere but the ahower had no water coming out.

Well, the room was clean. Otherwise the experience was disappointing.

The room was small, cheaply furnished, VERY noisy (right next to the busy highway). The bed was hard and uncomfortable, the blanket was thin and inadequate, the WiFi did not reach to our room, there was no elevator, and the view was a parking lot and interstate. This was NOT a $200 hotel room.

What breakfast ??? Near the hospital where my brother was. Mission Hills was where they said they were, they were in Sylmar.

The beds, prices and for the price a jacuzzi and or pool would have been nice
