Friendly, clean, convenient location

They need alarm clocks in the room. Should have more rooms with a fridge and microwave

No breakfast in the morning just coffee, the bathroom had hair in the tub and floor and sink, the floors were sticky didn't want to walk on it barefoot and the bed was uncomfortable, and the towels were like paper thin had to ask for more to put on the floor to walk on and there was a weird guy hanging iut in the lobby... And no elevator to the second floor, I don't do stairs well but had no other choice

It was convenient

It was old and very few amenities.

Staff were trying their best

Floor stunk of weed. Noisy neighbor played loud music until at least 2am. (That's not the hotel's fault, but wonder what type of person the hotel attracts). No fridge or microwave.

How clean the room was

The front am resptionist was rude The outside was trashy even though it said it didn't have fridge or microwave or coffee pot I needed its sad there rooms didn't The dresser so called dresser had no draws and shower leaked I was really disappointed I had to wait all day outside till room was ready. I had called day ahead said I will arrive early the person i talked to said it would be ok room will be ready and when I got there nothing was ready I was treated with disrespect 😤 didn't even check on my resrvation. I missed half of the event I was extending because I couldn't change clothes when asked for bathroom was denied said only costumers. 😐
