The beds and pillows were very comfortable! Pools were amazing and great temperature

The amenities are great and the location is fantastic.
Cleanliness. My feet were black from the floor and the smell of garbage when you walk outside is a bit much. We had to contact maintenance twice to fix the shower and toilet that leaked all over the floor.

Nice complex very pretty room was more than I needed. I enjoyed my stay. A little confusing getting to my place.
The microwave wasn’t working. I couldn’t check in after 10 pm . I wasn’t ware of the late night check-in issue. I had to have a security person let me in the room . I didn’t have key pass so I couldn’t leave my room and get back in. Next day called security to get a drive to the front desk office so I could get my key pass. I did not have a rental car yet. I couldn’t leave my room and get back in

Everything was great..it was a little confusing getting to our location...but other than that.. great.
Our refrigerator leaked the whole time..Maintenance did come by to fix it..Saturday evening, when we got up Sunday morning it was leaking again.. I had asked for more towels and I didn't receive them..

Every staff was so nice and welcoming. Had an issue with the villa we was staying in and they fixed the issue very quickly. Very clean with comfortable beds.
The adjacent rooms are terrible. You can hear everything that is going on. I went to the front desk to let them know that we needed to switch rooms and it was don’t in a hurry.

The layout of the room. The shower was at one end of the hall and the commode and sink at the other end of the hall. Shower was so small both my shoulder almost touched the walls.

our room was great! my only complaint was the musty smell in the room…the room itself was immaculately clean. I’m thinking it was the air conditioner..I spayed the room with Clorox Disinfectant..and ALL WAS FINE👍😁
