The „non-smoking“ room smelled strongly and the blankets had burned holes of cigarettes. The whole room was absolutely dirty.

The fact that I was moved but still wasn't up to standards

I had the worst experience I had to be put into a new room because of the first one just being just nasty. I understand it was a smoking room but that was something more than that. I asked to be put on the first floor due to my leg injury and I was placed on the second floor room that I just explained.

The rooms was NASTY toilet was dirty window was broken in bathroom had to lock it with a stick

The place was filthy people three people the week before we got there died and one man died in the room a few days before we got there

The front desk they're very rude you ask for towels they tell you no

Nothing the mattresses had no mattress covers they we’re horribly stained with blood that wasn’t even attempted to be cleaned the air filters were just left on microwave and we had no blankets. The refrigerator was disgusting with food and red liquid all over it inside. The bathroom windows were all broke up and there were dirty towels rolled up and put where the clean ones are suppose to go. After checking out they charged the card on file 4 different times at 4 different prices and then accused us of stealing blankets and pillows. Horrible customer service the woman had an attitude and acted as if I was trying to argue with her and threatened to call the police when all I did was ask a question with normal tone.
