I had the perfect room with a great view. It was very clean and the staff very nice to me and my family. Keep up the good work.

Beautiful 1st room. Everything was PERFECT! Plenty of places to put stuff, the room was well thought out with furnishings and decorations. Beautiful View of the ocean, furniture and wall decorations were nice and had function. We saw WHALES!! Yes Whales!! (We saw Porpoise too so we know the difference.) Ocean was Beautiful, Gym was adequate, Pool was GREAT! Staff were SO FRIENDLY and helpful. On 2nd day we had a clog in a drain and they moved us to another room...

On the 2nd day we had a clog in the drains so they moved us to another room. This one was completely different. Not well thought out with appliances, (Huge Dishwasher, small sink.) colors, decorations, size of the furniture , and it was set up for only 2 or 3 people.. We had 4. Not enough chairs on the balcony, and the pull out bed mattress was very old and worn. Chips and dents in the walls and it needed painting. Very disjointed emotionally confusing room. We were told by Staff that individuals own each condo and decorate furnish them. Interesting to see how 2 basically identical rooms, can be SOOO different. Get Photos of your room if possible. Since we were only going to be in the room another night we did not complain. IF we had the first room the whole time we would be back.. Glad we saw the difference and know to ask for photo of the room prior.

Location was the biggest plus because we were very close to the beach and a short walk from town.

Closing the pool at 7 was ridiculous. At least leave it open until 9.

Loved how large the rooms are!! And the kitchenette with full size fridge was great too. Felt like a home away from home.

Not a big deal, but I assumed (as I feel others might) that advertising a coffee machine includes coffee as well! Would have been a nice addition that isn’t too hard for a hotel to provide in my opinion. I also wish the pool was open a little later! Like 9pm? Especially since quiet hours aren’t until 10 anyway. Would have loved to go for a swim after dinner. I’ll also remember to request a second floor room next time as our upstairs neighbors were apparently hosting a relay race the whole weekend and the floors creak something serious.

Everything. Clean, attractive, spacious with views & a bonus whole kitchen! Great staff. Exceptional housekeeping by staff!

Magnified mirror on bathroom wall is needed for ladies in particular. Only thing you & every hotel out here could possibly do is lower prices.

Love the proximity to the ocean and that we could walk into town.

Housekkeeping should be included, Gym hours could be open earlier than 8 for early risers.
