The room was awesome, like being in a studio apartment. Super quiet and extremely relaxing. Great water pressure. Just about everything a person could ever need. The price was ridiculously cheap for what I received. I'm a Choice member and would have paid much more for a lot less.

The incidental fee was processed thru my bank as an ATM charge and yes it did clear so I had to dispute the charge. Otherwise, I would have scored this place as a 10 hands down.

Good location for us as we had spent the day in Chattanooga and were going into SMNP and then Gatlinburg the following day. Took less than an hour to get to Cades Cove (side note, avoid Cades Cove on a weekend!). Bigger than expected, plenty of room for our family of 3. Liked the separate living and bedroom areas. Was clean, comfy, and quiet. Breakfast was nice with waffles, eggs, biscuits/gravy, oatmeal, cereal, fruit,and juice/milk/coffee available. Only a couple of tables in the foyer to eat at but not a big deal because of the dining table in the room. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. I was anxious when booking because I know they have a few smoking rooms in the facility and are pet friendly (and my daughter and I are both sensitive), but was happy to find not a trace of either odor. Overall a great place that I would stay at again if in the area .

The only thing I can think of for improvement is that there was no dish soap or paper towels in the kitchen area, so if you're staying for long enough to use the kitchen you'll have to pick these up yourself (but convenient to a Walmart just 7 minutes away).

There was no door on the bedroom.

I was going to arrive later than expected so the front desk called me to follow up. Easily accessible and great location (right next to a couple food places and just 3 minutes from a Target). Exterior areas were clean, well lit, and had cameras. I enjoyed the breakfast. It wasn’t anything spectacular, but it never has been anywhere I’ve stayed. It was actually better than places where I’ve spent 3X the rate here. It was fresh and they consistently kept it full.

More focus on cleaning high-touch areas (e.g., tv remote had like dried peanut butter; I was able to scrub shades of color off the fridge handles with a Clorox wipe) and maintenance/yearly cleaning (e.g., get the mold growing under the shower handle; this normally happens over time with the type of handle they have).

I loved the size of the rooms, how clean and well equipped it was and it’s perfect location. I especially liked that it is pet-friendly.

There was absolutely nothing that I did not like.

the bed and pillows weren’t too comfortable..

Faucets in bathroom were old and worn, could not figure out which was hot or cold, finally figured they were opposite than normal. Faucets were loose and hard to turn.

Very spacious, appartement style, clean rooms. Well located in central area.

The bed was EXTREMELY hard and both my wife and myself woke up with back pain.

We liked the fact that the room had a kitchenette with full sized appliances. though the room nothing fancy it was clean and fairly large. We arrived about 4 hours before check in but they were able to get us into a room right away.

Pillows were uncomfortable and the padded chair was awkward to set in, but these were both personal opinion

Didn't have breakfast but the bed and the overall stay absolutely wonderful willing to come back. Plus cleanliness was amazing.

I have nothing to dislike.
