Old dingy room, ROACHES in the bathroom Toilet didn't work Terrible, we checked out a day early and went to another hotel

The outside made the property look promising. But as soon as you walk in the door there is a smell like oldness and un cleanliness. The rooms were in poor condition room locks not functional, sink faucets half worked, showers outdated with poor water pressure. The base trims were pealing away from the wall. carpets in the rooms were filthy.The laundry shoot in the hallway was open to the public and not secure. could of resulted in a serious incident. The breakfast was poor and unsanitary.

I wish I can say I liked at least something about this place but I hated it. I’ve stayed in so many hotels and this place has been the worst ever.

First the lady at the front was rude when I went to the front to see if I can switch rooms because my room was so dirty. There was construction workers in and out of rooms and they “forgot” to clean the room we stayed in. There was caulking on the towels there was black debris all over the restroom floor and not to mention parts from the vent on the bathroom counter. And then since they were doing construction on the rooms at 7-8 in the morning the workers were banging on the walls. I know it’s not their fault but it would have been nice to give me a heads up to let us know there was going to be loud banging on the walls. please do not sleep here find a better hotel for your money.

There was mold on the curtain and the shower had rust. The elevator wasn't working either.

Damp smell all over the corredor and inside the room and the fitted sheet was all run down, we need to sleep over the flat sheet.

It was close to all major stores, restaurants, and entertainment.

Before my stay ever began I put a written request for extra sheets that I never received. As soon as you enter the hotel it smells like sewage. The room was dirty. The desk had sticky, dried up soda spills, the carpet was not vacuumed thoroughly enough, and the upholstery on all furnishings including the lampshades of all things were riddled with stains and the artwork on the wall was crooked and dusty. I feel that my stay wouldn’t have been so unpleasant if the hotel staff did not rush the sanitation process.

The staff was beyond friendly

The fact that the room next to ours room 118 had 2 dogs that barked all night from Friday night till Sunday night. We were under the impression that the lady would be leaving but she rebooked her room

The towels were horrible. It was just a little bitty soap did you do use for the sink and the tub. The shower was awful
