I liked that it was practically sitting on the lake.

The room wasn’t clean, the beds were hard, didn’t have any hot water in the shower, the staff wasn’t friendly, they like to charge extra for items that are needed and covered with the room rate at other facilities.

Beautiful view, clean rooms, kitchenette with all you need.

Bed was a little uncomfortable but it did the job.

Was a very restfully comfortable night. The staff are a warm, helpful kind group of folks. Thanks to them all..

We really like the kitchenette. Very convenient that we could cook simple meals in our room. We brought our own cookwares.

The trash cans were dirty under the plastic bags. The bed sheet wasn’t comfortable. We brought our own sleeping bags so it’s okay for us.

Good location for a lay over day between destinations

I do appreciate the owner letting me make a call before I checked out but regardless I wasn’t comfortable, the walls were so thin i heard my neighbours being loud most of the night, it was hard to relax and just had an uncomfortable atmosphere. Floor were pretty dirty, dust and bits that built up on the corners or edges of the flooring (skirting boards etc.) Also not easy to navigate where the office was since there was no more clear indications like signs posted to direct people to the office etc. The internet was also poor, it kept dropping and lagging a lot. Most importantly, the owner was very rude at the start - just opened her door while I was wondering around lost, actually looking for it, asked what I want, I mentioned I am wanting to check in or that I was going to, she cut me off - I asked to borrow the wifi (it was abit early before I check in) ; since arriving here from Australia I never got my phone to work with calls, the international roaming hasn’t worked. But I didn’t get the chance to ask or explain because the landlord cut me off and said “when I check u in” and shut the door abruptly on me. I’m not saying this to be rude, I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I think sometimes they are necessary for knowledge of experience and improvement into the future.

This is our second stay, the first being early on in the considerable renovating which has been done since. Much improved!!!! We'll be back.

The king size mattress was very uneven, with a ridge in the middle. A bit awkward at times.

1. Ample parking right in front of your door. 2. Plenty of outdoor seating space. They even have a patio with grills. 3. All rooms are non-smoking. 4. Staff was helpful and friendly. Always ready to help even at late night. Thank you very much. 5. Room was quiet. A/C worked well. 6. Location was close to nearby towns. Very convenient. The best part was the Wofford Heights Park across the street. You can take a jog or walk whenever you like and my child enjoyed the playset there very much. There is also a clean and easy trail that leads you all the way to Lake Isabella. 7. The starry sky was awesome. We were able to see the milky way because the surroundings were dark enough.

1. Need to improve the cleanliness of linens. There were hair on pillow cases and bed sheets. A few were stained. 2. Wish there were more equipment available such as hangers and a foldable suitcase rack.
