Booking. Com totally misrepresented this hotel, it showed pictures of the resort. This place was more a motel. The staff all said The third-party bookings are totally misrepresenting and showing pictures and making it sound like we’re at the resort and not the hotel motel. People have canceled their reservations as soon as they see the place. We did cancel the reservation. They wouldn’t give us our money back and they said to go through you people. I also talk to the resort staff and they said they’re having a problem with them being misrepresented by the Beach hotel and to let us know what booking.com does to resolve this and they may seek legal help. All I really want is just my money back because I had to pay for another hotel at the resort.

Room-to-room insulation is a little light..Young family next door with perfectly normal early morning baby cries - but a little too noticeable.

the room was huge with a great fridge and freezer! the beds were very comfortable and everything looked and smelled clean. love the small touch of the candies when I got to the room as well as great info about local places to eat, hike and shop.
