I liked how close everything was to the attraction that my partner and I went to. The Denny’s is close by as well as the bay front restaurant. The Sequoia Park Zoo is near by too a fun spot to hang out.

It was clean

Thec 2 men at the front desk at night were as unhelpful as could be! Also the one started talking politics! No customer service at all. They actually sent me to an ice machine that they knew was broken!

The hotel is tired and run down. My room wasn’t pleasant. It smelled a bit. The bathroom was not nice, the bathtub faucet fell off the wall. The price I paid was criminal given that this property jacked the rates due to the fire evacuees. Everything wrong with The United States Of America can be summed up by staying at this property.

My room was very clean and very quiet, which was important to me. The staff was very friendly and professional. I saw a marquis sign that talked about a restaurant on premises but I saw no restaurant and there was nothing in the room stating what services the hotel offered.

My room had a beautiful view of Eureka bay and the Samoa Bridge. However, the window was so filthy dirty on the outside it took away from the view. Pillows on bed too thick. Need a variety of pillows.

Unsheltered people in front and in hallways. Linens appeared clean but stained on bed. Lampshade was stained. A floor board was missing. Did not stay in room long enough to take pictures. We would like our money returned
